Phnom Penh Art Days (PPAD), the first Art Fair dedicated to Cambodian artistic creation in dialogue with regional and international perspectives.

Four days in early December 2026 with curated exhibitions, artist encounters, performances, and public programs.

Our Origin

Phnom Penh Art Days grew out of the aspirations of Cambodia’s art and cultural community. It reflects a shared desire for artists to come together, present their work within a professional framework, and engage with both local and international audiences. Founded by Marina Pok, whose work has long focused on supporting Cambodian artists and cultural exchange, the fair is developed by a multidisciplinary team of curators and cultural professionals working closely with artists, institutions, and educational partners.

Our Values

Phnom Penh Art Days is a prestigious cultural event celebrating Cambodia’s creative spirit and contemporary voices. The fair offers artists and partners strong national and regional visibility while creating a dynamic meeting point for artists, audiences, institutions, and companies. Rooted in community and education, Phnom Penh Art Days works closely with the Royal University of Fine Arts to engage, inspire, and support the next generation of Cambodian talent.

Our Mission

Phnom Penh Art Days exists to support the development of Cambodian contemporary art within an international context. The fair aims to place artists at the center of the event, encourage direct exchange with audiences and professionals, and create a sustainable platform for visibility and collaboration. Through a curated and accessible format, PPAD seeks to contribute to a new and forward-looking chapter for contemporary art in Cambodia.

Fostering creativity in Cambodia

Event Highlights

A Historic Venue Reimagined

Phnom Penh Art Days takes place at the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC), a remarkable historic site located beside Wat Phnom. Built in the early 20th century, this rare architectural landmark carries layers of political, social, and urban history.

PPAD is conceived in close dialogue with the architecture and gardens of the CDC. Artist booths, outdoor tents and staged performances are designed to work harmoniously with the existing space, light, and circulation of the building. By transforming this institutional site into a living space for contemporary creation, Phnom Penh Art Days creates a powerful encounter between heritage and artistic renewal.

Developed in collaboration with Phare Ponleu Selpak and the Royal University of Fine Arts (RUFA), the program features performances by students and young artists.

Curated VIP Visits

During the first days of the fair, Phnom Penh Art Days offers curated VIP visit slots reserved for sponsors, collectors, embassies, and institutional partners. Each visit is organized as a 1.5-hour private time slot, guided by the curator, allowing guests to discover the exhibitions in a calm and focused setting.

These visits provide direct access to the artists and their work, encouraging in-depth conversations and meaningful encounters. Sponsors are invited to host selected guests during their time slot, making each visit a tailored experience that reflects the spirit of dialogue and exchange at the heart of PPAD.
